Planning
Subdivision and Land Development plans should be submitted to the Southampton Township Office by the first day of the month. The Planning Commission Meeting will review on the 3rd Tuesday of that month at 6:00 p.m. at the Southampton Township Building. Once the plans are submitted, they will be available at the Township building for public review during office hours (M-F 8:00am – 4:00pm). Application fee and escrow agreement/fee are due with plan submission and should be submitted as two checks.
